In order to receive physical or occupational therapy, you must have a physician’s referral (or prescription), and in some instances, pre-authorization from your insurance company may be required. The office manager will assist you in obtaining insurance benefits and/or authorization. You will be set up for an initial appointment with one of our licensed physical or occupational therapists. The therapist examines the patient and identifies problems, confers with the physician or other health care professionals involved in the patient’s care, establishes objectives and treatment goals which are consistent with the patient’s needs, and determines the methods for accomplishing the objectives.

Our facility accepts a variety of insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Priority Health, Geisinger Health Plan/Healthwise 2000, and Aetna, automobile, workmen’s compensation and others.
We will do the filing to all insurance companies on your behalf.
